... okay, Chase is a Roidmude, which is a very special kind of android. They were created to copy humans perfectly. That means emotions, logic, even their faces/features/bodies, and most importantly, to be able to take over civilization with their ability to grow and learn. So he looks like a police officer whose face he copied, and because he did that, he can bleed like a real person? It's weird science. He stabbed himself in the chest once and there was so much blood.

Physical traits: A robot. One time he exploded.

What's Okay To Mention Around Him: Nothing you can tell him is worse than anything he has ever gone through in his life.

Abilities: He has a couple other forms, and can change back and forth between those. High stamina, good endurance, robot body.

Notes for the Psychics: I honestly cannot say whether or not his being a machine would interrupt anyone else's psychic powers. If not, he is usually thinking very straight forward, wet blanket type things.
